Emofront Pte and Presto Music Production Ltd (hereunder referred to as "The Producers") are ethical companies. These terms and conditions set out to protect all involved parties, with the positive intent that Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone was created for.

THIS LICENSE ENABLES YOU TO USE RHYTHM WARRIORS PIANO ZONE IN YOUR SCHOOL, FOR AS MANY CLASSES AND LESSONS AS YOU WISH FOR 1 YEAR.

1.0 Accessing the Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone Book 1 online lessons portal is automatic and full acceptance from the user to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions of License, you are acknowledging that there is significant value in this digital product. Under no circumstances must access to this product be shared outside the use for your school. The producers reserve all rights. Any misuse, sharing, duplication or other use of this product outside educating the students and teachers outside your own school is strictly forbidden.

1.2 This license is for use in schools - both private and state funded. It is only for use within the school that has purchased it and is limited to a single site.

1.3 Each site must have its own license. For example, if your school has 2 sites, you must purchase 2 licenses.

1.4 By accepting these Terms and Conditions of License, you are acknowledging that there is significant value in this digital product. Under no circumstances must access to this product be shared outside the use for your school.

2. This Schools Edition of “Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone” is a course of online piano / keyboard lessons which are ideally suited to children aged 4 to 7 with their teacher's' guidance.

3. Access to the online platform for Rhythm Warriors E-book Book 1 (supplied as, for example, but not limited to animated cartoon, still images in the online portal and PDF download) is provided by Emofront Pte. and Presto Music Production Ltd.

4. The Rhythm Warriors E-book one is available in JPEG format via the online portal.

4b. The E book may be used via any digital display (TV / projector / interactive white board etc) but must not be printed out under any circumstances.

4c. A print version of the book is available. The link is in the online portal.

5. The producers reserve the right to update the system as and when necessary.

6. The purchase price is the cost of access to the Rhythm Warriors online portal for a period of 12 months only from the date of registration

7a. Should customers wish to renew access to the online lessons after these 12 months, or purchase further Rhythm Warrior Piano Zone Books, they can do so through the RW platform.

8. Presto Music Production Ltd and Emofront Pte can not and will not be responsible or liable for the failure to gain access to Rhythm Warriors Book 1 and animated lessons due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but is not limited to poor data service at the point of access by the customer, and standard UK contract Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labour strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy).

9. Your data will be collected and checked by Presto Music Production Ltd and securely shared with Emofront Pte and Sparky Animation Studios for the purposes of administering the online lessons via the Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone platform. We reserve the right to contact you via email with other Rhythm Warrior news and offers which you can unsubscribe from.

10. Presto Music Production Ltd. and Emofront Pte. reserve the right to make any changes to the Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.

11. As Piano Zone is a digital product, it is available immediately. Under the UK Consumer Contract Regulation on Digital Downloads, no refunds are available.

12. All customers using this platform are deemed to be bound by the above terms and conditions for this promotional offer.

13. We intend to use your data in relation to fulfilling the access of Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone Book 1 and animated lessons.

14. Transaction Data will be held for 7 years.

15. You have the right to withdraw from the platform at any time and request the removal of your personal information from our system. You can do this by contacting Presto Music Production Ltd. No refunds will be given

My 4 year old daughter has been using the amazing Rhythm Warriors Piano Zone now for a few weeks.

Rhythm Warriors is a fantastic way to introduce children to some of the fundamental aspects of learning the piano.

It’s cleverly laid out and divided into short lessons which had her engaged as soon as she started. She found the characters funny and entertaining and the learning is presented in such a fun and enjoyable way. My son also found it to be a really useful way to supplement his lessons and enjoyed it just as much.

The instructions were simple enough for her to follow and whilst she mainly watches it on the tablet above our piano, with the format being so accessible she’s been able to re-watch the lessons whilst in the car or by mirroring it onto the TV. She enjoys it that much that we’ve now downloaded the free Rhythm Warriors App which makes learning on the go even easier!
